Welcome to Janaki Star Hotel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our hotel services and website. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Janaki Star Hotel.
Payment can be made through cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the booking conditions.
All prices are quoted in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. The name on the identification must match the name on the reservation.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will be charged for one night's accommodation.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and not disturb other guests. The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior is deemed inappropriate.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available. Violation may result in cleaning fees.
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Children under 6 years of age stay free when using existing beds. Extra beds are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel unless previously arranged with management and approved. Service animals are welcome with appropriate documentation.
Janaki Star Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
